TUITION AND
FEES
○ As noted earlier, there is an annual enrollment fee due at
the time of registration.
○ Please refer to the 2010-11 school year tuition schedule for current year rates.
○ You will receive a tuition statement on approximately the
20th of each month with payment due the 1st of the
following month. Please return
this statement with your check or money order to the tuition box or mail it
to the church office. Checks
should be made payable to: Our Savior Lutheran Church. If paying with cash, please use a money
order.
○ Tuition is due on the 1st of each
month. A $25.00 late fee will be assessed after the 15th of each month for
past due accounts. If fees are unpaid after one month, your child
may not be accepted for care until full payment is made.
○ There is no reduction in tuition
due to absenteeism.
○ There is a $25 charge for any returned check.
○ There is an activity fee due at the beginning of the
school year. This money will be
used to cover the cost of field trips, special events, screening and classroom
parties. This fee is due annually.
○ For full time enrollment: If a child is enrolled for less than five days a week, the
days chosen must remain the same each week. If space is available, the days may be changed with a
written request if approved by the Director.
○ Any family whose child is still at the school after 6:00
p.m. will be charged a late fee of $1 per minute beginning at 6:05 p.m. Families who are habitually late in
picking up their child may be asked to cancel their enrollment
○ If you are withdrawing your child, we require a two-week
written notice. If a two- week
notice is not received, the family will be charged a one to two week tuition
fee depending upon the amount of notice given.
○ There will be a discount if two or more siblings are
enrolled at the same time. A 10%
discount will be given to the lesser fee of the second child. This applies to tuition only.
